Monisade Afuye is a Nigerian politician who currently serves as the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State. She was born on the 15th of May, 1975, in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State. Afuye is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and has been actively involved in politics for several years.

Afuye had her primary education at St. Louis Catholic Primary School, Ado Ekiti, and her secondary education at Christ School, Ado Ekiti.
